Lose Weight- What To Eat

Want to lose weight?, now what to eat? You want to make losing weight as painless as possible and yet get yourself into a good habit of eating the healthy foods that your body needs.

Weight loss does not need to be a chore, I know, I hate thinking of what I can and cannot eat. But eating is a state of mind, you just need to know what is better for you and what works.
